Rapid project startup and management are possible with “Virtual Office” – a virtual account that maintains a history of customer orders. First, the customer signs into Virtual Office and creates a new project. On the same workday, the Sciencefiles administrator connects the customer with the appropriate company specialists for project, deadline, and cost discussion. The work starts after all arrangements have been made.
Virtual Office also provides our clients with an electronic system for management of orders at no cost. All the information is SSL encrypted. All that is required for you to begin working is to register. After registration, an email will be sent to you with a link to activate your account along with the password you used to register.Advantages of Virtual Office:

- Communication. Virtual Office provides a means of communication with our specialists, providing a recorded history of conversations and data confidentiality and safety. Please use phone, email, or the site feedback form for common and technical questions.
- File exchange. You can upload your text files, electronic tables, or databases to the site for further transfer to our specialists. After finishing a project, you’ll get an email notification that final documents are available in your personal account.
- Document interchange. Our company signs a mandatory service contract with each customer. The service contract will be available in Virtual Office; the original paper form will be sent to you by mail.
